LIZ PELTOLA

I have been riding for 15 years and have taught many lessons and summer camps in the past, specializing in children and beginners. My background is in hunter jumpers and western pleasure, but I have competed in a wide variety of western events, including trail courses and team penning. Over the years I have had the pleasure to work with many different trainers, including Dusty Morgan, Robin Bond, and Patricia Shields, and have learned many different ways of approaching each issue that occurs when riding. I have always used the Certified Horseman’s Association manuals as a basis for my curriculum as well, and focus on teaching a strong seat and soft hands while keeping things fun and safe.
